Event Planning and Form Downloads:

If you are having us DJ an event that is not a wedding, please enter the Client Area to plan your event.  If you do not have a password for the Client Area, click here, and send us a message to get you one.

For those of you who are planning a wedding, please download one of the two following Microsoft Word templates:

Wedding Reception Itinerary Only

Wedding Reception Itinerary with DJ Providing Ceremony Music

Once you have selected the appropriate Word Document.  Do a "File Save As" and rename the selected Word Document with your name and your event date.  After this has been done, you may either:

A) Type in the requested information necessary and Re-save the document.  Once you are completely finished entering in all needed information, email to brian@djindiana.com . 

OR

B) Print the document and handwrite in the requested information needed for the DJ.  Once complete, mail back to us at address listed on the form. 

In order to accommodate "last minute" changes, we recommend that you do not send the final version until one week prior to your wedding.  Although it's not required, you are still encouraged to create an Event Timeline which is located within the Client Area.  There are many other things you can use within the Client Area as well.
